| Introduction
|
Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is an entrance exam which is conducted by UPTU for admission in different graduate and postgraduate courses in the field of pharmacy, engineering, hotel management, IT, architecture, fashion designing. This exam is conducted for the admission in various government and private sector colleges of Uttar Pradesh. UPSEE 2015 syllabus usually consists of detailed topics that will be asked in the UPSEE 2015 examination. The candidates, who are preparing for the exams, must understand the syllabus completely and exam pattern of UPSEE so that they won’t face any problem during the exam that is tentative to be conducted in the month of April 2015.
Paper 1 (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics):
Syllabus for Chemistry:
Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, Redox Reactions,Chemical Equilibrium and Kinetics, Acid- Base Concepts, Electrochemistry, Catalysis, Colloids, Cogitative Properties of Solution, Periodic Table, Preparation and Properties of hydrocarbons, ketones, benzenes etc. Thermo chemistry, General Organic Chemistry, Isomerism, IUPAC, Polymers, Carbohydrates, solid state and petroleum.
Syllabus for Physics:
Measurement, Motion in one direction, Work, power and energy, Linear momentum and collisions, Rotation of rigid body about axis, Laws of motion, Motion in two dimensions, Gravitation, Oscillatory motion, Wave, Electro statistics, Current Electricity, Magnetic effect of current, Mechanics of solids and fluids, Heat and thermodynamics, Magnetism in Matter, Electromagnetic induction, Ray, Optics and optical instruments, Wave Optics and Modern Physics.
Syllabus for Mathematics:
The mathematics syllabus consists of Algebra, Probability, Trigonometry, Co-ordinate Geometry, Calculus, Vectors and Dynamics.
Paper 2 (Physics, Chemistry and Biology):

Syllabus for Biology:
Zoology:
The zoology syllabus includes Zoology, Origin of Life, Organic Evolution, and Mechanism of organic evolution, Human genetics and Eugenics, Applied Biology, Mammalian anatomy.
Botany:
The botany syllabus comprises of the following Plant Cell, Protoplasm, Ecology, Ecosystem, Genetics, Seeds in angiosperm plants, Fruits, Cell differentiation of Plant tissue, Nitrogen, Photosynthesis, Transpiration and Respiration.
All the papers for the admission in undergraduate courses will be held offline and format will be in multiple choices. Except part A of paper 4, all papers are in both Hindi and English languages. The English language will be considered in case of any Ambiguity.
